The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is large living room and an equipped kitchen. It is located at the third floor, with elevator. There is beautiful terrace. Walking distance to InterSpar supermarket. We rent to students only.
The rental is calculated by daily basis: for the first and the last month of your stay, you only pay for the exact number of days based on your arrival and your departure day.
Upon arrival and signature of the contract, you will need to pay the administration fee (EURO 50).
