Procedure after booking:
- The payment of the administrative fee must be made via payment request on the platform. This cost covers all costs related to business management for our customers.
- The standard cost of 500 euros (under the heading others), is the so-called manager fee, which covers various costs that arise before arrival and after check out: assisted check in in person, keys in hand at check in, costs of registering the contract and administering the contract to the authorities, assistance during the stay, assisted check out.
