Cleaning is provided twice per month, including fresh bed linen and one set of bath towels.
Residents share a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge area, a laundry room, and a quiet garden – perfect for relaxing after class ☕????

Wi-Fi is included, as well as all energy charges, and on-site support/concierge is available Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. There is no curfew: residents have 24/7 access ????

• La Giustiniana train station (FL3), about 10 minutes on foot, with direct connections to San Pietro, Trastevere, Ostiense, and Tiburtina.
• Bus lines 201 and 223 by day, N201 at night; the bus stop is right in front of the building.
• Supermarkets, pharmacy, cafés, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk ????☕
