In the Bovisa district, located in the north of Milan, there is the BOvisa Campus of Politecnico di Milano, with Engineering and Design university. The district is therefore mostly lived by university students, and also very well connected to the city center: it is possible to reach the center in 20-25 minutes by train from Milano Lancetti station, which is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment. In front of the building there is the bus and tram station. By tram or bus, it is possible to reach the Politecnico Campus Bovisa and the Dergano station of the line (M3) in a few minutes. In the area there are supermarkets and any other service and commercial activity. This is an ideal apartment for students attending the Politecnico University – Campus Bovisa.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
-BI-WEEKLY CONTRACT: If you move in during the 2nd half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. If you move out during the 1st half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. I always rent from the first day the room is available.

- ONE TIME ADMIN FEE: We are a professional property management company and for this reason we also include initial and final cleaning of the room; cleaning of common area of the flat every two weeks; 2 bed-linen; contract activation and termination: professional assistance service and property maintenance during your stay: we will take care of everything!
