The apartment belongs to a condominium within a large private park, delimited by Viale Suzzani on one side, via Ponale on the other, and viale Berbera on the third (looking at Parco Nord Milano). The neighbourhood is well-served with all primary services: between Viale Suzzani and Via Ponale, within a radius of (hidden) meters, there is a small supermarket DPiù, a Lloyds Pharmacy, and bars and few small restaurants. At 500 meters from the apartment there are Esselunga supermarket and Sport Center with swimming pool. The apartment is well connected with public transportation: in Viale Suzzani there is the bus station of bus lines n. 42, 51 and 172. Around 500 meters far from the flat there is the metro station Ponale of M5 Purple line. The shared apartment of via Ponale 66 is perfect for students of Bicocca University, although it has a strategic position also to reach the more central areas of Milan thanks to the direct connection of the Purple metro line.


In an apartment located in via PoBeltrame Cristiani 7, this private room is reserved for university students, interns or young workers. Fully furnished, it is equipped with bed, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, bookcase, desk and chair.
Kitchen, living room and bathrooms are shared with the other tenants of the apartment.
Includes utilities: building expenses, heating, water, electricity, internet, garbage tax, periodical cleaning services of common areas; utilities adjustments excluded.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
-BI-WEEKLY CONTRACT: If you move in during the 2nd half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. If you move out during the 1st half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. I always rent from the first day the room is available.
- ALL - INCLUSIVE Monthly rent: water, gas, electricity, wi-fi, condominium fee all included!
- DEPOSIT that it will be given back to you at the end of your stay.
- CONTRACT REGISTRATION (one time fee): depending on the room you are interested in. Please check the field OTHER to see this fee.
- ONE TIME ADMIN FEE: We are a professional property management company and for this reason we also include initial and final cleaning of the room; cleaning of common area of the flat every two weeks; 2 bed-linen; contract activation and termination: professional assistance service and property maintenance during your stay: we will take care of everything!
