BILLING:
The amount indicated on the portal includes the owner's rental fee and the fee for the ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. The details of the amounts will be specified in the lease and, at the end of the stay, two separate accounting documents will be issued to the guest. By booking the accommodation, the guest accepts that the rent and ancillary services are managed with separate billing by the respective parties.
