The apartment is located on a very quiet street, just a five-minute walk from Bocconi University and close to the Navigli and Porta Romana areas. It is a safe and pleasant residential neighbourhood, particularly convenient for students. A music school is located directly across the street.

The area is very well served by public transport, while shops, supermarkets and all essential services are within easy walking distance.

The location is also convenient for NABA, IULM and the University of Milan (Statale), as well as being well connected to the city’s other universities. However, thanks to its exceptional proximity to the campus, it is particularly ideal for Bocconi students.
