IMPORTANT INFORMATION
3. LOCATION:
- Situated in the historical center of Rome, at walking distance from all amenities and points of interest and very near to Piazza Navona;
- Close proximity to bars, restaurants, laundry facilities, and public transport.

4. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
- You rent a room in an apartment with 2 other bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen;
- you will have access to the kitchen (to be shared) and 1 private toilet only for you;
- The layout, furniture, and decor may vary from what's shown on the pictures;

5. RULES:
- Guests are required to be silent when entering and leaving the apartment.
- The tenant will be responsible for any damages or harassment noises during the stay and must provide his/her ID card details at the time of booking.
- In the event of harassment noises leading to complaints or intervention by local authorities, €200 will be withheld from the deposit.
- smoking is not permitted. A €100 fee will be held from the deposit for extraordinary cleaning if the smell of smoke is detected at check-out.

6. BOOKING PROCESS:
- Introduction required at the time of booking, including purpose of visit to Rome, occupation, and source of funds.
- A copy of your passport or ID is required after booking and before check-in.

7. PRICING:
- The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1/30 of the monthly pirice. Please ask an estimate before you book a period shorter than 30 days It will be about € 100 per day, depending on the season and lenght of the stay;
- the prices that you see are set for 1 person only; if you are from 2 to 4 say it before your booking; the price can be higher;
- Cleaning fee is a one-time payment of 60.
- Other costs include a building fee of €100 per month (fee for the administrator of the building).
- At the booking time, the customer will pay through H.A; subsequent payments, including utilities, will be done directly to the landlord;
- in this place you can get a legal rental contract, but the price will be € 200 monthly more. Moreover you will need to provide a Codice Fiscale and student number, if you are student;

8. DEPOSIT:
- €1000 deposit required to ensure proper use of apartment furniture.
- Fully refunded at check-out after inspection.

9. EARLY DEPARTURE:
- If your booking is several months, one-month notice required for early departure.
- Shorter notice results in deposit retention.
