The apartment is settled in Via Umago 3 in the neighbourhood called Santissima Trinità, right behind the University Dorm of the University of Padua “Cornaro”. It is also a few minutes away from the railway station, from the Old Town and from the University campuses.

The apartment is in a strategic place for the use of public transports: in the adjacent street, Via Buonarroti, you can catch many buses, while the tram stop is a few minutes walking, in Via Tiziano Aspetti. Moreover, in the neighbourhood there is any kind of service: the Supermarket Alì is 1 minute away, but in the area you can also find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a Cinema and many other shops.

THE PRICE OF ROOM "D" WITH DOUBLE BED IS 480€

Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added.
This includes:
-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
- All the expenses for the condominium
- Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
