Located on the first floor, bright and very spacious. 95 square meters of surface. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 single rooms. The apartment is excellently renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with high-speed WI-FI, washing machine, equipped kitchen.

The area is residential and the context is particularly quiet, pleasant and very popular with students. Well served area, close to all major services, such as supermarket, bus stop, subway, pharmacy... A few steps from the university campus of the Polytechnic.
