We rent a single room with double bed, in the Novoli area, via Baracca, perfectly in the centre of the neighbourhood and therefore a few steps from the supermarket, pharmacy, gym, tramway, bus stop.
Ideal for young workers in Findomestic, Osmannoro area, Airport; but also for students of the nearby Faculties.

The room is located in a completely renovated apartment with new furnishings, consisting of:
- kitchen
- 3 rooms
- 1 bathroom
- entrance
- closet

Both the room and the apartment itself are equipped with all the utensils/furnishings that can be used in everyday life (wardrobe, bedside table, desk, pots, ...) as well as various pluses such as unlimited Wi-Fi, sofa for guests, cleaning of common areas every 7 days included in the fee.

As foreseen by our formula and as reported in the cost breakdown of the advertisement, a fixed fee of €150 must be added to the monthly rent which includes: all utilities (gas, water and electricity), condominium and waste tax.

The 520€ admin fees, to be paid one-off at check-in, are including:
- cleaning of your room before the check in and after the check out;
- Cost of contract registration, we split it 50% us and 50% its on you;
- Cleaning of the common spaces for the whole period (Max 6 months included) which cover the cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, terraces, everything that is shared for once a week;
- Insurance inside the apt for some damage that you can make like leave the water open and make wet the floor downstairs, or make a fire cooking in the kitchen, leave something heavy down from balcony, and so on;
- Fast wifi fiber.
