The apartment is in the city centre, 1 minute walking from Piazza Mazzini and 5 minutes from the main University Campuses and from the Central Squares such as Piazza dei Signori and Piazza delle Erbe. The area is very quiet and there you can find anything you need: Opposite the building, there is a nice brewery where many students go.

In the adjacent street, Corso del Popolo, there is the Tram Stop and in Via Trieste you can also catch many buses. The apartment is also 2 minutes walking from the Train Station. Everywhere around the apartment you can also find: Bars, Pizzerias, Supermarkets (such as PAM), and other stores.

Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added.

The rental agreements are individual.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
