The space has a double bedroom, double sofa bed in the hall, a bathroom with XXL shower, fully equipped kitchen, double HD TV, unlimited Wifi internet, Daikin air conditioning and independent heating. You also have access to a private equipped space inside a condominium terrace.
The apartment will be equipped with towels and linen.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
