Dear guest, please note that you will be required to pay for a 225 euros fee upon check-in and 225 euros for the cleaning costs at the end of the contract.

You will also be required to give a three-month notice to end your contract with the accommodation provider otherwise the contract will be automatically renewed for one year.

Please bear in mind that guests are required to have a residence permit to check-in. The landlord will request a document (passport or ID) with the following information: residence address, nationality, student status, and city of birth.

Check-in is not possible on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

You will be able to book the check-in at least 48h after you receive the contract.
