Studio apartment of approximately 20m2 with private kitchenette and kitchen located in the heart of the Parma university campus furnished in a functional and modern way; equipped with centralized air conditioning system (hot/cold), LED TV, WiFi internet connection, there is also a landline telephone with unlimited national calls to landlines and mobiles.

The structure, thanks to its location and modern and welcoming design, is able to satisfy both the needs of students for medium-long stays who want a quiet and hospitable environment easily reachable from the motorway by car or a few steps from the lines to and from towards the center of Parma.

The monthly fee includes: utilities, gym, study rooms, relaxation rooms, Wi-Fi connection throughout the campus, large green area, copy shop always available, video room and internet point. In addition to the 24/7 availability service, a guarantee of the safety of our campus, we include all maintenance and small damages that can be fixed by our staff.

The accommodation is located in a co-living building.

CONTRACT
Please, note that to all our listings we apply fortnightly contracts. This means that If you check-in during the first half of the month, you will be charged for the full month. If you check-in during the second half of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. The second half of the month starts on the 16th.
If you check-out during the first half of the month, you will only pay until the 15th of that month. If you check-out during the second half of the month, you will be charged the full month.
