The accommodation is equipped with an armored door, new windows and mosquito nets, as well as air conditioning and central heating; there is a cellar on the ground floor belonging to the property (for bicycles and other goods) as well as the possibility of parking in the condominium courtyard.
Rent of € 400.00 per month for each room (the entire property for € 1,200.00), to which € 50.00 is added as an indemnity for the furniture in the property and € 80.00 as a down payment for condominium expenses for each room.
