- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE of HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 810 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
