This apartment is suitable for 4 peoples students. All comfort is available to make you feel home :)

The neighborhood is surrounded by parks, museum and different landmarks. Shops, restaurants, supermarket all are there to ease your life. The property is 3 minutes from Piazza Dè Pitti, and 2 minutes from Ponte Alla Carraia. Buses are available too and very convenient.

- ONE TIME SERVICE FEE of HOUSINGANYWHERE. When booking, a one-time service fee is required by the HousingAnywhere platform.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of € 780 is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
