The flat has air conditioning in all rooms, autonomous heating, fast internet, and blackout blinds for those who like to sleep in total darkness. It’s also dust-mite free (no carpets or curtains) and mosquito-free (all windows have nets). The bathroom has both a big bathtub and a separated shower. The bedroom balcony opens onto a quiet internal courtyard, so it’s peaceful at night.

The area is green and quiet, right next to the big Anconella park by the river. There’s a large Coop supermarket just 5 minutes’ walk away, and you’ll find bars, restaurants, and a gluten-free café right downstairs, plus a bakery in the same building.

Parking is usually easy around here.
It takes 15–20 minutes by bike to reach the city center, and there’s a bike lane right outside that follows the river all the way in. You can also rent shared city bikes or e-scooters right in front of the building.
