Apartment Brunelleschi is a small studio located in a historic stone palazzo, dating back to the fifteenth century, where the artists Donatello and Michelozzo once housed their sculpting and architectural workshops. It is in the heart of the historic center of Florence, just twenty meters from the Piazza del Duomo and the Via Calzaiuoli, the main street in the pedestrian-only area which runs between the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery.

- The monthly rent is € 820, but if the booking period is less than three months there is a 10% increase in the price
- For utility costs, each apartment has its own meters for reading. Always, before entering, I specify that consumption is calculated between 3.5 and 8.5 euros per day depending on how the utilities are used, especially in the summer for air conditioning.
- The security deposit depends on the period of stay, minimum of € 300 for one month to € 600 for longer periods
- Compulsory weekly charge for bed and bathroom linen service 15 euro per person.
