The space
The flat is located few step from the metro stop called PAOLO UCCELLO of tram line Scandicci - Hospital Careggi.
Every 4 minutes (from 5 am to 12.30 in the night, 2 am, Friday and Saturday) a metro/tram is leaving from PAOLO UCCELLO stop to reach the city center (central station) in 5/6 minutes.
Or if you choose to walk, it is only 15 to 20 minutes nice and easy walk along the Arno River with a stunning view of Florence
We are close to the Polimoda head(hidden) in Florence, and the secondary head(hidden) of Scandicci can be reached very well thanks to the tram, which stops 50 meters from the house.

The apartment is located in a residential area in the immediate vicinity of Victoria Bridge, near to the center but in a side street, so away from the from the busy, city-noise.
The apartment it is designed for 1 person only, for a short-stay in Florence. It has the original, typical-Florentine wooden ceiling and brick arches.
We do not have a washing machine, but there is a self-service laundry a short distance from home, 5 minutes walk (in Batoni Square).
Being on the ground floor, you will usefully not have up numerous flights steps as in many other apartments in the center of Florence!
The largest park in Florence, Cascine Park, is some 2 minutes walk away and reached by simply crossing the River Arno.
Anyone who loves sports can take long walks, go jogging or rent a bike. Additionally, on Tuesday mornings there is a produce market.

Other things to note
Close to the apartment there is a bar, a newspaper stand, a take-away pizza place, Pub, Chinese restaurant, and other restaurants, a rotisserie and a useful grocery store, self-service laundry, and two supermarket, car rental Hertz.

Due to some incorrect people, we have to insert this new rule - by booking my house, you are aware that once a month the house will be cleaned by a person in charge of us, the cost of this cleaning will be at your expense. charged, and not included in the rent.
