In the same apartment, there is another similar room with the same surface area, already occupied by a girl . The common areas are only the entrance, the security door, the plumbing, electrical, and heating systems, the Wi-Fi router, and the intercom.
Utility costs are shared 50% (electricity, water, gas, internet, waste tax, condominium fees) and are approximately 170 euros per month for each room, to be paid IN ADVANCE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH along with the rent.
Monthly cleaning is to be paid directly to the cleaner (30 euros). An appointment must be made once a month for the required and mandatory deep cleaning.
The utility costs refer to normal, average consumption for one person. Any differences in energy costs will be calculated separately, with adjustments made based on bills if there are significant differences or general increases in energy and water costs, with a final balance.
