Vanni is a small but cozy apartment on the first floor of a two-storey building (no elevator) in a residential area of Florence.

It has a double bedroom with air conditioning Olimpia Splendid of new generation/ radiators, living room with two sofas and a ceiling fan, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, dishwasher and double glazed windows that guarantee the best sound insulation to rest peacefully.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area outside the ZTL, well connected in the immediate vicinity by various bus lines (6, 12, 37, 39) and tramway (stop Paolo Uccello). Its excellent location allows you to reach the historic center in a few minutes of pleasant walk going up the river Arno, or the nearby Cascine Park, considered the green lung of the city.

We kindly inform you that for stays over 30 nights, Guests are required to complete the AA4/8 form for the Italian Revenue Agency, which is essential for obtaining the necessary Tax Code for the stay.
This step is mandatory for contract registration purposes and must be completed before arrival please.
You will recceive the attached document via email, after the reservation has been confirmed.

Extra for stays over 30 nights:
The costs for utilities (water, electricity, gas, waste tax and condominium) are the responsibility of the tenant for the period of stay.

Contract registration fees:
Stamp duty: 16 Euro
Registration Tax: 1% of reservation total
Registration Tax Agency service: 25 Euro
Damage deposit for the apartment: Euro 1.000
The amount is to be refunded after 30 working days, if all utilities are fully paid and no damage is found by our Staff.
