LOCATION
The location is excellent: the area is very safe, and it is residential, therefore very quiet and surrounded by gardens. 5 mins walk to the tram stop to and from the city centre, easy access top the tram/bus to the from Novoli Hub of the University of Florence and 30 minutes walk from town centre. The tramway will take you to the train station (town centre), to the airport and to the Careggi Hospital area in a very short time.
The flat is conveniently located also for shops (supermarket is nearby), post office and public transport (bus/train/tram).


SUMMARY OF COSTS
The month will have to be paid in full, even if the stay is shorther than a month.

The average cost of the utilities will be around € 435 per month. In this estimate, utilities cost includes gas for heating, hot water, cooking, electricity, fast fiber connection and biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the flat.
Administrative fee (drawing up the lease contract and registering it at the Tax Office) to be paid at check in: 450 euros
Final cleaning at checkout: 300 euros


CHECK IN
Check in is available Monday-Friday from 15:00 to 20:00. Check in outside these hours has a cost of 80 euros and is allowed only in exceptional cases. Please ask at least one week in advance if available.
