The bedroom 2 - there is a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, work desk and a balcony.
The laundry room with washing machines and dryers shared with other guests is located on the ground floor of the building.

The apartment also benefits from a close proximity to the bus stop from Menaggio to Lugano down town and station.

RENTAL CONDITION:
- One-time agency fee: it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that.
- The monthly rent includes 100€ electricity and gas utilities. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption.
- For an extra cost of 60 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen.
- One-time final cleaning fee: is € 150 (VAT included).
