In case of early departure, the tenant is required to pay for the contract closure fees corresponding to 97 euros.
The deposit is equal to one month and a half rent.

Internet has a cost 10 euros per month.

Please note that there is an extra charge for check-in/out of
- 50 euros from Monday to Friday from 6.30pm to 9 pm, by appointment only.
- 75 euros from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 11 pm by appointment only.
- 75 euros on Saturday and Sunday for the entire day, by appointment only.

Please bear in mind that if you book for one person, the furniture will be for one person only.
If you have guests, these are allowed for maximum three nights. Any longer stay will be charged as indicated.

The property does not allow to request the residence permit.
