The apartment is designed to accommodate two people with its french double bed, ensuring an intimate and comfortable stay. Its placement on the ground floor will allow you to easily access the apartment.The apartment also offers modern comforts to make your stay even more pleasant. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control.
