Apartment number 509 of approximately 25m2 is located on the fifth floor of an elegant Milanese building with concierge and a lift that reaches the fourth floor. The top floor must therefore necessarily be climb on foot. It has all the main comforts and is organized as follows:

- LOWER LEVEL with relaxation area with sofa bed and small kitchenette with 2-burner hob, kettle, small fridge.

Please note: there are paid washing machines and dryers in the building on floor -1 shared with the other guests. They work every day from 8AM till 7PM. There are 5 steps to climb at the entrance to the building.

If you travel by car, we inform you that parking in the area is difficult and only for a fee: the closest paid garages are "Garage Alle Grazie" on Corso Magenta and "Buonaparte Parking" in Via Puccini. The apartment is in the "C area" of the city: it's mandatory to pay a ticket if you travel by car.
