The fully furnished apartment consists of an entrance, a kitchen, a living room, a double room with the bathroom inside THAT WE PROPOSE , a single bedroom whit private terrace and bathroom hared whit other single bedroom just outside the room. All comfort is here to make you feel home :) The apartament will be for only 4 persons, all girls.

This property is located in the center, a step away from PiazzaSanto Spirito, behind Piazza Dè Pitti. The area is very nice and quiet and it is well served by all amenities; shops, restaurants, and bars. Public transportation here provides you with the best connection to all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:

- DEPOSIT: a deposit of €780 is required at the entrance for rent till 30 august - , which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property...for each bed
